Kiley Taylor
RN, CPT
Kiley’s strong passion for health and wellness, along with her own personal journey, led her to pursue a career that combines her background in healthcare with her love for movement, nutrition, and preventative health. As a Registered Nurse, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Wellness Coach, she is passionate about helping others create sustainable changes that support both their physical and mental well-being.
Her own relationship with fitness has not always been straightforward. For years, Kiley struggled with an all-or-nothing mindset and placed too much emphasis on physical results and external validation. After overcoming a shoulder injury that forced her to temporarily step back from fitness, as well as learning to accept herself exactly as she is, her perspective on wellness completely changed. She learned that fitness is about so much more than changing the way your body looks. It is about holding yourself to a higher standard, discovering what you are capable of when you believe in yourself, and ultimately improving your quality of life by caring for and being kind to the one body you are given.
Kiley is excited to help clients not only work toward their physical goals, but also develop a deeper understanding of and connection with their bodies. Her coaching style is rooted in meeting clients exactly where they are and growing from there together, while providing the knowledge and tools they need to make changes that are sustainable. One of the things she lives by is that, day in and day out, we get to choose our hard. She believes that every time we choose to show up for ourselves, even in the smallest ways, we are choosing to become stronger, more confident, and more capable of building a life we are genuinely excited to live.
About Kylie
When she is not working or learning about all things health and wellness, you can probably find Kiley in the kitchen testing new recipes for her meal-prep business, where she combines her passion for nutrition and cooking. She also loves exploring the city with her boyfriend and her dog, Amelia (named after her favorite Grey’s Anatomy character). Some more of her favorite activities include relaxing by the James River, reading a mix of fiction and personal development books, and baking with her sourdough starter.
