How to Access Personal Training
Personal training is offered in 10, 20, or 30-session packages. Members receive 10% off all packages.

Yes! We encourage it. If you’re also seeing other providers at River City Health & Wellness, we can work together as a care team to help you reach your goals. Members also receive 10% off personal training packages.

Personal Training sessions are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations within 24 hours count as a session in your package.
